Terms of use

These terms of use govern access to and use of the mindlog.today services (the "Service") published by [À COMPLÉTER : raison sociale] (the "Publisher"). Any use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

The Service allows any natural person (the "User") to create an online identity, manage a calendar and availability, exchange end-to-end encrypted messages, manage relationships and tasks and, where applicable, run a subscriber-only space (governed by the terms of sale).

The Service is not intended to host pornographic, erotic or adult content. No age verification of visitors is performed; publishing such content is strictly prohibited.

Article 2 — Definitions

• Account: a User's personal profile, identified by a public handle and protected by a secret access key.
• Card: the set of public, contact-only or private attributes attached to the Account.
• Premium Space: subscriber-only pages published by a User (the "Creator") and accessible through a paid subscription.
• User Content: any data entered, imported or published by the User on the Service.
• MCP connector: programmatic access to the Account by an AI assistant, authenticated over OAuth 2.1.

Article 3 — Registration and account security

• 3.1. Registration is open to any natural person aged 15 or over.
• 3.2. Creating an Account generates a unique access key. The User alone is responsible for keeping it. Losing it may mean permanently losing access to the Account.
• 3.3. The User may attach a recovery email, a passkey (WebAuthn) or a passphrase to the Account.
• 3.4. A User may hold only one main Account.

Article 4 — Conduct and prohibited content

4.1 — In inspectable areas of the Service, the User must not:

• publish unlawful content (child sexual abuse material, terrorist, hateful, racist, defamatory, insulting or infringing content);
• publish pornographic, erotic or adult content;
• impersonate a third party;
• promote illegal products or services;
• attempt to overload the Service or disrupt its operation;
• automatically harvest other Users' data without consent;
• resell or transfer their Account.

Article 4.2 — End-to-end encrypted messages

The Publisher has no technical means of accessing the content of exchanged messages (X3DH / Double Ratchet protocol). The User contractually undertakes not to use this feature to transmit manifestly unlawful content.

Article 5 — Moderation and reporting

Reports may be sent to milo@mindlog.today under the procedure set out in article 6-I-5 of the LCEN.

Article 6 — Intellectual property and operating licence

• 6.1. The User retains full ownership of their Content.
• 6.2. They grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence strictly for operating the Service. This licence ends when the Content or the Account is deleted.
• 6.3. The Service source code is published under the GNU AGPL v3 licence.

Article 7 — Availability

The Publisher endeavours to keep the Service continuously available but gives no guarantee of result. Maintenance interruptions may occur without notice.

Article 8 — Limitation of liability

The Publisher's total liability towards a user of the free service is nil, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 9 — Suspension and termination

• 9.1. The User may delete their Account at any time. Deletion permanently erases the associated data.
• 9.2. The Publisher may suspend or close an Account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

Article 10 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
