3. Intellectual property
The platform source code is published under the GNU AGPL v3 free licence and available from its public repository. Trade marks, logos, names and the "Milo" mascot belong to the publisher; unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Content published by users (identity card, photo, gallery, calendar events, messages, tasks) remains the exclusive property of its authors. The user grants the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service, for as long as they use it.
4. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
5. Cookies
The service uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (authenticated session, CSRF token) are set; these are exempt from prior consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
6. Reporting content
Manifestly unlawful content may be reported to the publisher at milo@mindlog.today, under the procedure set out in article 6-I-5 of the LCEN.
