Terms of sale

Courtesy translation. These documents are drafted in French and refer to French law; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms of sale govern subscriptions taken out on the Service. They supplement the terms of use rather than replacing them.
Article 1 — Parties
Platform publisher (technical intermediary): [À COMPLÉTER : raison sociale].
Seller: the Creator of the Premium Space the Subscriber signs up to. The Creator is identified on their public page and holds their own Stripe Connect account. The Publisher takes a 30% technical commission per transaction.
Article 2 — Definitions
- Subscriber: a User taking out a subscription.
- Creator: a User publishing a Premium Space and setting the monthly subscription price.
- Premium Space: subscriber-only pages (text, gallery, link, file).
- Subscription: a monthly commitment renewed by tacit agreement.
Article 3 — Essential characteristics
The Subscription gives access, for the monthly period taken out, to all of the Creator's Premium pages. Their number, nature and publication frequency are determined by the Creator alone.
Article 4 — Price, payment and invoicing
- 4.1. The monthly price including tax is displayed in euros before subscribing.
- 4.2. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No banking data passes through the platform servers.
- 4.3. The Subscriber receives a receipt at each due date, at the email address attached to their Stripe account.
Article 5 — Tacit renewal
The Subscription renews automatically on each monthly anniversary date, unless the Subscriber terminates it beforehand, in accordance with articles L215-1 and L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and express waiver
- 6.1. A consumer Subscriber has fourteen (14) days to withdraw without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
- 6.2. By confirming their subscription, the Subscriber requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as access to the content is opened (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
- 6.3. As long as access has not been opened, the Subscriber may exercise their right of withdrawal at milo@mindlog.today.
Article 7 — Termination by the Subscriber
The Subscriber may terminate at any time from their account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no pro rata refund.
Article 8 — Termination by the Creator or the platform
- 8.1. The Creator may close their Premium Space at any time. Current subscriptions are cancelled automatically and the Subscriber refunded pro rata for unused days, through Stripe.
- 8.2. The platform may suspend or close a Premium Space in the event of a serious breach of the terms of use.
Article 9 — Responsibilities
- 9.1. The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary. It does not publish Premium content.
- 9.2. The Creator alone is responsible for the content of their Premium Space, its compliance with the law, and the collection and declaration of applicable taxes.
- 9.3. The platform's liability towards a Subscriber is capped at the platform fees actually collected on that Subscriber over the previous twelve (12) months.
Article 10 — Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumer Subscribers benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Any claim may be addressed to the Creator and, secondarily, to the platform at milo@mindlog.today.
Article 11 — Consumer mediation
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the mediator appointed by the platform is: [À COMPLÉTER : nom du médiateur de la consommation] — [À COMPLÉTER : site du médiateur].

Article 12 — Price changes
Existing Subscribers are informed at least thirty (30) days before a new price takes effect and may terminate free of charge before that date.
